This sick concept was drafted a while ago after i had about 2
blue hawaiis, 3 glasses of beer and 1 small glass of whiskey during
a movie party at my place, and has been saved on my comp. I decided

On the wedding night of newly wed couples, our ministers will have
SEXUAL RIGHTS to the bride in turn! THis should fetch the kind of
ministers we need to overcome man power shortages in our bureuracy,
but most importantly, WE WILL HAVE MORE BABIES In SINGAPORE!
If we cannot ENCOURAGE them to breed, WE WILL BREED them!
